PTFE filter media is suitable for harsh conditions, the corrosion resistance of the filter service life requirements of the occasion. PTFE filter media can be used for bag coal-fired boilers, waste incineration, carbon black production, titanium dioxide (TiO2) flue gas treatment production process, can also be used in some of the first metal smelting, refining and chemical production process.

FIBER

To meet operating conditions of different customers processes we choose a wide range of first class PTFE fibers with variable resistance to high temperature, to highly corrosive and oxidative environments.

The most common fibers for needle felts production are PES, PP, PAN, meta-aramid, PPS, PI, PTFE.

To optimize the performance, different fibers with different counts and shapes can be combined (ex. PTFE combined with P84®).
