DESCRIPTION

PTFE needle felt is a unique material filter bag, at 240 ℃ continuous operating temperature, instant 260 ℃ temperature conditions, the ability to resist the pH value of the entire range of acid and alkali erosion. PTFE bag does not absorb moisture, can withstand ultraviolet radiation. But the wear resistance of PTFE fiber filter in general, so there are strict requirements on the filter bag frame .On the most performance, the PTFE needle felt  is perfect; it is a high grade product of needle punched felts.

PTFE needle punched felts have excellent features such as excellent flexibility, molding capability, high tensile strength, creep resistance, high and low temperature resistance, corrosion resistance and anti-aging. 100% PTFE needle punched felt can meet requirements in hostile environments of temperature fluctuating and acid & alkali in all PH range.



PTFE needle felt is the 'ultimate' regular fiber as it has outstanding chemical and thermal resistance, with the right chemistry, it will operate up to 250°C.

MAXIMUM SURGE IN DRY CONDITIONS: 280°C / 536F°

1. PTFE  Felt mainly used in hazardous waste incineration, domestic waste incineration production high temperature, high corrosion of flue gas treatment.

 

2. Using 100% PTFE fiber filter, can long-term stable and efficient work in high-strength rot corrosion, high humidity, high temperature environment.
