Ryton (PPS) Nonwoven High Tensile Strength filter cloth has many characters:
1. PPS coal fired boiler filer cloth continues working temperature is 160 degree c, short working temperature is 190 degree C.
2. Excellent hydrolysis resistance and acid and alkali resistance, the range of PH value is 1-14.
3. The PPS coal fired boiler filter cloth can use in the working condition of oxygen content under 16 %( the temperature must control in suitable area for utilization).
4. The filtration velocity can choose 1-1.5m/min to reduce equipment volume, lower the equipment cost.
Disadvantages
Fair resistance to oxidation under high temperature
When the oxygen in the smoke (O2 content) over 10% and the operating temperature over 165℃, PPS will be in decomposition.
