Our company can manufacture P84 polyimide filter fabric for cement.

Polyimide P84 filter fabric with good chemical and thermal resistance, with only PTFE can exceed.Some care is needed with oxidizing agents such as NO2 and fiber can be sensitive to hydrolysis attack in hot wet.

During cement production process, there is a lot of dust and gas emissions outwardly . Collect and process the dust-containing gas is the main task of the cement industry and environmental protection. P84 filter fabrics has excellent performance of heat-resistance and great filter efficiency. 

P84( polyimide) filter fabric features as follows:

(1) Good temperature resistance

The selection of P84( polyimide) fiber at 260℃ can fully ensure that the strength of the filter material is not lost at high temperature, and the operating temperature can be controlled between 260℃ and above the dew point under normal working conditions.

(2) Corrosion resistance

P84( polyimide) fiber has good corrosion resistance, and after the whole filter material is treated with corrosion resistance and PTFE( PTFE), the PTFE( PTFE) will form a dense protective film on the fiber surface, which improves the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the filter material. Therefore, the filter bag is eroded very little during operation.

(3) Easy to clear ash, no blockage, stable operation

P84 dust collector bags are after PTFE( PTFE) impregnation, high temperature film, smooth surface, high dust stripping rate, easy to clean ash. A small number of dust entering the filter material, because of the narrow and wide channel formed by the filter material, the dust can pass through the filter material to reduce the accumulation, will not lead to the blockage of the filter material, keep the filter material running for a long time and slow down the inherent resistance of the filter material.

(4) Strong stability

P84( polyimide) needle felt filter bag is made of high performance P84( polyimide) scrim, strong and stable, processed by pretreatment process, physical and chemical indexes are improved significantly. The filter material is impregnated with PTFE( PTFE) and fixed at high temperature, and the shrinkage rate is very small at high temperature. Will not affect the gap between the filter bag and bag cage, to ensure ash removal effect.

(5) High filtration accuracy

After high temperature PTFE( PTFE) impregnation process, the surface layer improves the filtration accuracy of the filter material, which is beneficial to the rapid forming of the primary dust layer and the realization of high precision filtration. P84 dust collecotor bags is easy to clear ash and the dust stripping rate is high.

P84( polyimide) filter fabric filtration accuracy is significantly improved than ordinary filter media. So the filter bag filter accuracy is high.
