High temperature waterproof and anti static Meta-aramid filter material for cement

Feature:

1. Aramid filter material has excellent heat resistance, flame resistance, high temperature dimensional   stability.
2.Aramid fiber at different temperatures, strong retention rates at different times, including in the dry heat temperature of 250 C for 1000 hours under the conditions of its strength retention up to 60%. 
3.Aramid fiber  as a functional fiber in high temperature dust filtration industry has an irreplaceable status, but because of the characteristics of molecular structure determines, it has some defects. Such as poor resistance to strong acid, high temperature hydrolysis is poor, not in the coal fired boilers, waste incineration and other industry applications.

Meta Aramid is a high temperature fiber, suitable up to 200°C in dry conditions; care is needed when used in moist environments at high temperatures as it is prone to hydrolysis which will chemically degrade the fibers.

The original fiber was known as Nomex® from DuPont though today a number of alternative fibers with the same basic chemistry are available so many applications simply specify "aramid". The fiber is self-extinguishing with an LOI of around 30%.
